Time to remove the expander and put on some top braces!
As she's working the orthodontist says cheerily, "Now Samuel, it looks like a couple baby teeth might be loose up there, so we might just pull them right on out when we remove your appliance ... but don't worry it shouldn't hurt a bit, well, not too much anyway!"

I CANNOT believe they just used a wrench, a w-r-e-n-c-h mom to pull out my expander, and while using the WRENCH she pulled out two, not one but TWO of my teeth! You totally did not tell me anything about pulling teeth today. Tooth Fairy better cough up a buck FIFTY each for teeth pulled by a wrench, right mom? Right? Mom? Tooth Fairy Mom? Hmmmmm?!?!?!
